a20e slo mo

This galaxy phone was advertised as having slo mo ability and indeed the spec shows 30 and 60fps. The camera however doesn't show the option.

Any help would be really appreciated

I transferred my apps from my old phone which had no slo moand I wondered if that was the reason for not having what you showed

but I just checked my old phone and the camera app is version 9....
this one is v 10....

That's weird...and i don't even have a latest generation phone. Its S10+.

the only odd thing is that the pre sales literature showed it as slo mo... I'll take it up with the retailer.

You could try resetting the camera app. Open the camera app , then press the settings button and select "reset settings ".
