Since the last software update on my device i have experienced numerous amount of bugs and glitches. Such as me not being able to open videos in my gallery, not being able to watch videos on YouTube without them turning black, not being able to open posts on snapchat, Instagram and other social media. I dont know why this is happening but its interfering with my day to day life.

Please boot the device in Safe mode. Are these problems happening here too? Sometimes coming out of safe mode already solves the problems.

If the problems dont stop go to recovery mode and wipe system cache.
