A14 in flight mode afyer many failed pin attempts

Hi all,

I need to unlock my old phone to take some sms and pictures that are not backed up to cloud.

I have charged my a14 and when boot i made some failed pin attempts. How can i reset pin etc.. 

I have my samsung account and my gmail etc..

The only way to reset a pin on a phone is to wipe the phone and delete all data. There is no way to change the pin and keep your data

Can Samsung do something about it? Like remote unlock?

No, even samsung has no way to unlock a samsung phone. They are made to be secure.

The only way a phone can be unlocked without the code is if the police use a hacking device to unlock it. But that's only done for serious crimes and not for anything else.
