I have an12 when my contracts  phone  they come up as private number phoned support team they say its my contracts phone they have it set to private did not have this problem with my old phone  any ideas

@andysafc: Is this occurring with all contacts, or just certain ones? Have you double checked to make sure that the contacts are synced with your A12? If they are, and their details are showing as expected, then please try heading to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Caller ID and Spam Protection > On > Other Call Settings > Show Caller Information > On.

Yes it's all contacts I have checked all the settings and caller I'd and synced contracts still the same
