A12 Contact ringtones keep stopping

Hello

Just got a A33 5G and have been setting it up. Assigned contact ringtones as I did previously with my A5.  Problem Im having is the contact ringtone will ring once then it just goes to the default tone, but it still shows as an assigned tone in the settings . Have done numerous rests etc but still keeps happening. Anyone had similar problems and know what the solution is ?

Is the assigned tone one you've downloaded into your phone from somewhere @Members_wcKEVcJ  ?

It could be that which is corrupted.

I use zedge.com to get my ringtones.

All transferd from my old A5 which worked perfectly
