Hi all. Friend of mine has recently got an A10, & while setting it up he placed a password in for the screen lock.... which he's (like a numpty lol) forgotten it & now cant use the phone. Tried turning phone off, but its requiring the password to even turn off?? Am at a loss as to how best to help & looking for suggestions
