Please has anyone got his Galaxy A06 updated to android 16 One UI 8?

I found the list you were referring to; as I understand, this is only the beginning of the rollout and doesn't guarantee you'll get the update right away. I have an A16 5G and I still don't have the update available.

Where do you live? The A16 5G has got the One UI 8 update in Europe and several other countries have got it.

UK. I bought my phone in the us, but got the one UI 7update at the same time as UK a16's did with my English SIM.
Do you think I should try smart switch?

If you got One UI 7, you should get One UI 8, but you might have to wait a bit longer for it. If you don't get it you could try Smart Switch.

So you can confirm that most UK A16 5G users have the update?

It was released on 8th October for phones with CSC EUX. Phones tied to a network can take a bit longer to release it.

Mine is CSC XAA, which I believe is US unblocked, i found the link and the update isn't there. What update schedule should I look at?

I originally wrote XXA instead of XAA

XAA is unlocked, not attached to any carrier. I think in the USA the carriers release it first, then the unlocked phones get it. Some phones in the USA have got it, but I don't know how long it will take for the rollout to be completed.
