3×4 keyboard

Can any one help got A32 and use this keyboard with predictive and its making words that dont exist some times it works but as soom as down load up dates it goes wrong seems Samsung they know about this WHEN WILL THEY FIX IT

I find googles gboard easier to use, it's predictions and auto correct just seem more accurate
