My problem is pretty much in the title. I constantly get the notification that com.android.settings is being closed repeatedly. I don't know what to do, all help is very much appreciated!

Like other apps, the Settings app also stores cache and data files on your phone. Sometimes, these files are why you have the unfortunately com.android.settings has stopped issue on your device. You can fix it by clearing these files.

Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps, tap the three-dots at the top-right corner, and choose Show system.

Tap on the Settings app, choose Storage, and tap both Clear Storage and Clear Cache one by one.

The issue should now be fixed.

If this not works follow the next:

Switch the Phone Off.
Connect it via USB to a running Computer.

If the charging Logo appears press the Vol up and the Power Button the same time for about 5 sec. You will enter a Revovery Menue.

There you can choose several Points.
Take the point Wipe Data. You can toggle the points by pressing Volume up or Volume down. You confirm your choice by pressing the Power Button shortly. For your safety: NO Data will lost by doing this !

Be careful: Do not choose the Point Factory Reset, in case you choose this ALL Data will be lost!

Suche oben Android Web System.
Im Speicher lösche zuerst einmal die Cache.
Alles schließen, Handy Neustart.
Was passiert jetzt?
