My Samsung VRT steam washing machine (WF407 series) recently had some malfunctions, when I turn it on, it will be off automatically. Sometimes I can start it for around 10 mins and it will automatically shut down. Do you have any idea what will be the issue?   Thanks!

Hopefully it works out! Sorry if I wasn't much help! (qwq) Wow I think you stumbled on it. So far so good.  I did not want mine lighting up for every email.  I went to that setting and turned everything off but left "Don't turn on screen".  That is on.  So far testing I get the icon on my screen, the LED shows up, but the phone did not light up.  Nice find.......so far so good.  Who knew it would actuall work when Do Not Disturb is off.

I returned mine today. Sound great when it works but it’s too expensive for this to be happening . Someone please advise!!

I've been going bonkers all day looking up all these complicated online 100% guarantee fix that turned out to be 0.00000% .I just disabled chrome, tried everything else so what the hell. I was agog, I would never have sussed that in a hundred years. Thank you.

Hi @SMN1    Can you go to the your phones menu and select Settings > Sounds and vibration > Ringtone. Is the default ringtone showing as active there?
