On another note I have heard back from RS again and the store manager of the branch I bought it from is checking with head office to confirm I will be able to chose another brand but in his own words - "I should think that it wouldn't be a problem to go for another brand of television. I'll let you know what they say once I've spoken to them tomorrow." In all honesty I was expecting a proper fight like you have had with Curry's but so far there has been no push back at all. I think John Lewis are not doing themselves any harm with their response so far, and I think I would recommended buying from them in future. I wonder what Curry's thing about JL response, and hopefully they may learn abit about customer satisfaction. Paul

Es que qu'il ne faut pas une maj de la tv car le decodeur est sortie après la tv.

Bonsoir, Avant d'envoyer le téléphone au Sénégal, il faut obligatoirement faire la manipulation que vous avez mentionné (appel de 5min minimum).  Car quand vous achetez le téléphone en Europe, ce dernier est bloqué sur la zone géographique qui est l'Europe, et pour débloquer le mobile, il faut passer l'appel de 5min pour le débloquer, comme ça votre ami n'aura pas de problème pour l'utiliser au Sénégal avec une carte SIM local (sénégalaise).

It's interesting how the last offer was finale and now the offer is the voucher as compensation. Do you want to spend your money at Curry's?  Definitely no and the voucher would mean I would have to hand back my 55KS7000 for a far inferior tv. I think Curry's are calling my bluff and reckon I won't go to the small claims court.
Noch eine Nachfrage    Bei welchen Aktivitäten wird ein Pauschalwert angesetzt und bei welchen wird der Puls mit einbezogen ?

Does Samsung's offer of additional hardware make it work as advertised in the original agreement or something new all together? Je suis un toutou oui , en ville je respecte la vitesse sur autoroute aussi , j'en suis sur que vous non. Concernant le Dex il y a eu des conditions pour pouvoir en beneficier, tout ceux qui l'ont respecté a la lettre ils l'ont recu, dans votre cas le vendeur de la Fnac il vous a mal aiguillé/renseigné, voir avec celui ci pour recuperer votre Dex. Regardez la boite du N8 que j'ai detruite pour participer a un ODR , j'ai arraché l'etiquette au pied de biche. J'ai recu 2 Dex , le deuxieme ca doit etre le votre .
Nooit eerder gedaan maar even getest en hij ziet de soundbar niet. Maar het gekke is ook dat de knopjes op de soundbar zelf ook geen reactie geven terwijl wij die eerder altijd gebruikte
