UPDATED - 100% cpu usage beta 2

Anyone else having very high cpu usage and experiencing horrible lag? Since updating to beta 2?
 

UPDATE 1 :
The problem seems to be sorted out by wiping the cache partition. Still monitoring the device.

UODATE 2:
issue seems to be occurring even after wiping cache partition. The device experiences a horrible lag.
However, turning on and off Power Saving seems to be temporarily solving this issue.

UPDATE 3:
changing the refresh rate to 60Hz seems to be solving this problem. 

UPDATE 4:
This isn't a CPU issue. 
This issue seems to be heavily reduced by enabling "Reduce transparency and blur" and "Remove animation" 
You can find these options in Settings>Accessibility>Visibility enhancement

Iv just read that this a problem with US versions of the s21 and that is on their stable release

Can you check update 4 above. I think this issue can be heavily reduced by reducing the transparency and blur and removing animation

Same issue, tried reducing transparency and blur but no luck. At times device freezes completely and has to be left alone for 30s before it starts doing anything.
