Yes the only way to receive beta updates officially is by doing that, hence this discussion. it's only been made available to the S10÷ variant today it seems..

All the devices which can take part in the Beta program should have already received the 2nd Beta update. Please, check if there are any available updates in the Beta notices of the Samsung Members app. If you cannot find any information about the update, you can report the problem via the Members application so that our developers can check what's causing the issue.

As for the India Beta Team - This is just a translation problem. No worries! 😉
