When taking a screenshot, it's not being saved in the usual place within Gallery. In fact, it's not being saved at all. Any others having the same issue? Thanks.

are you sharing the screenshots? there's an option in the settings that deletes screenshots after they've been shared

I share some, I keep all. I'll take a look at settings and see if something has been turned off. 👍

So my settings are good - it appears the screenshots are saved but it's not feeding through to Gallery. They are visible in Google Photos. 🤔

I've just taken a screenshot of this and it's right there in gallery as it should be. wonder why it's not doing so for you?

Hi HaydnR, try clicking on the circle image preview after taking the screenshot, then choose to open in Gallery.
you should then be able to click on details and see which album it is saved in.
then go into your gallery app as normal and look for the folder (there should be a 'New' icon in the top right of the folder
