Samsung messages beta

Samsung messages seems to be only sending & receiving select messages.

Blue arrow is changing green to signify normal sms rather than rcs and then not sending or receiving messages until I restart phone

Phone is an S10 unlocked on Beta

No issue so far but not sure RCS is working or not as all msgs are going as standard

So far mine is working well. I'm on 3 so maybe check if others on the same network are having the same issue.

Working fine here, even the blue dots against contacts are still there. I'm on EE

Please clear cache of your Messages app. If that won't help, do not hesitate to report the problem via the Members application right after the issue occurs! 😉
