Does anyone else, like me, prefer the look of the old notification shade, from One UI 2?

I prefer the new one. not keen on the more spaced out quick launch icons though in the panel... still too much wasted space

I prefer the older version. I also don't like the staged fade-in where it loads quick action icons, and then loads notifications.

I do like the new one, it feels more ordered. I think they need to refine the blur though.

also, when pulling it down, it takes a bit too long to actually go from the blur to showing information.

Thanks for sharing your opinions with us. I can see that there are two different points of view. I personally like the new look, but I can understand why someone would prefer the old one too! 😉

For me, the biggest thing is the delay before notifications appear. It gives the immpression that the phone stuttered, or glitched; giving a negative impression.

I'd be more okay with the new panel if everthing appeared instantly like on Android 10/OneUI 2.5.
