Inconsistent "Back" action

Open Settings app - 

 - Tap Home screen

 - Tap Home screen layout

 - swipe to go Back, or tap the Back arrow/icon. 

The above steps take me back to the main Settings screen, and not to the "Home screen layout" screen. 

I've had this happen in other screens but can't recall what they are - I just remember thinking it was "odd" behaviour. 

The home screen one is where I've been able to replicated it to report it.

It really seems to be an unexpected behavior of the device 😕. Please, submit an error report describing this issue via the Samsung Members application. Don't forget to attach log files right after the issue occurs, and a screen recording would be very useful 😉.  Thank you!
