icons loosing detail

Icons keep losing detail, eg text icon is just a blue box now.

Same here. Mainly for blue icons (my O2 and Facebook)

I had the same happen but only for Google home app. Just a white block

also had problems with two red icons loosing detail. tried a reset to no avail. opened phone later to find they had reset themselves.
