According to some articles the Full finished 3.0 version is imminent on the S20! As for the S10 they keep saying finished version sometime in January!!

They replied to my posts about custom app icons and superfast 25W charging, but only today so maybe they only checked for new posts today

If you refer to me (Beta Community Moderator) I reply to every post visible as quickly as possible. 

If you have additional questions or queries you can @mention me, so that I receive a notification 😊. 

If you refer to Customer Service that responds to your error reports on the Samsung Members application, after sending an error report you should receive an automatic answer, and then after some time, after the developers analyze the issue, you should receive a reply from the Customer Service regarding your issue.

Unfortunately we still do not know when the next Beta update will be available.

Currently our developers are working on fixing the existing issues and on some further improvements.

When the update is ready, it will be released 😊.
