Is anyone else still waiting for their cash back? Was validated on the 9th of December and says will take 30 days which the last day is tomorrow and still nothing from them

Yes I purchased a S20FE on the 17-12-2020 and no sign of cash back and I am unable to track it now the offer has finished.
