I've had the same problem with Google pay stating software not compatible samsung pay works but in limited locations only.

Hi @Denisaok 

Unfortunately, since this is a Beta binary it is not certified by Google.

Google Pay and some banking apps may not work during the beta. But Samsung Pay should work just fine.

Once the device is updated to the official version of Android 11, this will no longer be a problem.

I had the same issue after update with restart but then a subsequent restart of phone it started working again.
