Camera - best shot

Anybody here have the "best shot" thing enabled?

Is it working okay for you? 

I take this photo at work most days, and best shot has been lined up with the horizon (or close enough).

I wasn't in last week so it's been a few beta release since I last took the photo, but best shot is at an angle that doesn't  make sense - I can't see anything in the image that would suggest that line is the best.

This is certainly an odd one. 
I have compared Android 9 and 10 devices and Android 9 has never forced me to tilt the device like that (and Android Q did).

So please make sure to share an error report with us when you encounter this again!
