That is battery percentage, I think he's referring to battery health, which is different

Like in iPhone where it tells you it's 90% and dies after 5 hours?
It would be useful only if it works, in iPhone it's totally fake. Mine had 89% and I could charge it 42 minutes and it did die after around of use 2 hours, sometimes percentage was even going up when I was using a phone ;)) But in setting it was 89% of health
