Battery Drainage

Anyone noticing battery draining fast in this update? I lost 2% in a matter of seconds.

Not here. Been running it for a couple hours and my battery is all good

battery does seem to drain a tiny bit quicker here, will update as the day goes on

Just last night, I submitted an error report about battery drop off, copy/pasted below.

Error report:

 

Notification shown up to say 5% battery.
I changed position to grab the cable.
Plugged the cable in and it was showing 2%. Then as the "charging" indicators appeared, the battery dropped to 1%. And before they'd even faded from my eyes the phone shut down.

I've attached 2 screenshots to show the drastic drop before the device shut down.

Sorry - just realised this is the oneUI3.0 forum - that wasn't clear on the members app 🤦‍♂️

I'm not on OneUI 3.0, I'm still on Android 10, OneUI 2.5.

Yes, I have noticed battery drain to be quicker on One UI 3.0 beta

Battery does seem to suffer a bit, even without the enhanced processing turned on. Certainly worse than 2.5

If you still notice an issue with battery drain on your device, please let us know about it via the Samsung Members app. Don't forget to attach the log files so that our developers can take a look at the problem 😉‌‌.
