Animation glitch in app switcher

The app switcher appears to have a glitch whereby when switching from an open app to the app switcher screen, the windows "jump" back and forth every time creating this jarring effect

By any chance have you changed the animation scale settings in developer settings.. If so this would cause what you are seeing
