Try reinstall your OS, everything working perfectly on my S20.

Both my Santander and Bank of Scotland apps don't work with fingerprint sign-in. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the beta OS or whether those banks don't support non certified versions of operating systems

My Santander and HSBC apps work fine with fingerprints. All other apps that use fingerprints are also working fine. S20 5G

I have the same issue with Santander app, won't allow fingerprint

Have you tried to reboot your phone or re-register your fingerprint?

If that won't help, please report the problem via the Samsung Members app attaching log files, right after the issue occurs .

Natwest was the same for me, had to re register my fingerprint after the upgrade.
