Probably on the Google store lol, there's no way this is in OneUI.

This is part from one ui 5
Go to settings, wifi, at top right press the 3 dots, intelligent wifi, scroll at bottom, press 7 times on the version (5.0.0) and you'll become wifi developer. Scroll again, will be after intelligent wifi 5.0.0

Ok just tried @maodaa instructions and yeah, indeed part of settings menu. Looks a bit unpolished but it's a dev hidden menu so makes sense. Was there on the previous OneUI do you know?
