When I open ticktock or my child's camera the voice isn't proper and very laggy

If you have excluded physical damage to the speaker, please report this issue in Samsung Members app > Error report. The report should be submitted 2-3 minutes after the error occurs to ensure that log files are generated.  🙂

Done no problems with speaker at all
