I ordered an S20FE and Smarttags but have decided I need to return the purchase. They are unopened, and when I got in touch with Samsung on the 13th of April I was told I was required to return it within 2 weeks. Samsung provided me with a DPD label to take to a local DPD Pickup store but after checking the closest store I could get to is 100 miles away. I really need to send it today, or tomorrow at the latest for Next Day Delivery. Just started a new job and not had a single day off and live in the middle of nowhere It would be so much easier if I could just return the items via the post office, does it need to be DPD? Any information would be fantastic.
