I mean I've seen like 3 other posts about this, but strength in numbers I suppose. The download doesn't work - shows "Latest update" even when it is not. I have tried all recommended actions - clear Members cache/data, restart phone, etc. None work.

Hi @CoolMcCoolson,

Check Settings → Software update → Download and install while connected to Wi-Fi and with sufficient storage available. The One UI 8.5 beta rollout is staged, so the update may not appear immediately on all devices or in all regions (e.g., German/UK vs. Polish binaries). Waiting a few hours and restarting the phone can also help.

If the banner still appears but no download becomes available after a day, please report the issue via Feedback in the Samsung Members app and attach the log files so the team can investigate 😉.
