When is the stable version of ONE UI 8 oming out or at least the third beta, it seems ages since Beta 2.

We have no idea.

My guess is 1 per month. Beta 2 matched the normal monthly updates

There are no specific dates as it highly depends on the number of bugs found in the software and how long it takes to eliminate them as well as implement new improvements

Maybe sooner than you think. A non beta version of 8 for the S25 has apparently been spotted on Samsung servers. Likely a release candidate. Guessing some last minute testing will be done with this build to make sure no game changing bugs are found so maybe another week? Purely my speculation though nothing in concrete

My S25 Ultra is still on beta 2 no sign of beta 3 yet.
