I found this on the Web as the latest release dates for One UI 6.0 and you may notice that there are no actual dates just the month. This list was published on the 5th December. How reliable it is we'll have to wait and see😁
Samsung unveiled the One UI 6 at 2023’s Developer Conference in early October. Moving ahead, the Galaxy S23 series started to receive the Stable One UI 6.0 update on October 30. The company will now rapidly deploy the Stable update to more consumers internationally.
New information says still may have too wait until January, I have also found out that these list are when ONE UI 6.0 is FIRST released to that device and are NOT specific on the country it is released in as they release to different countries and devices randomly.

31st December still no One UI 6.0 for Galaxy A72 in UK!? So much for it being December? Any updates on this... also how does S21 have the update in the UK but not S22 aswell as A72 considering they are newer Models? Tired of waiting for this update checked everyday for a month and nothing!? Lol..
S22 has been updated since the beginning of the month, although it depends on your service provider. When Samsung or Google release an update, it has to go through your service providers system to get to your phone and because Samsung decided to suddenly release the update it has caught out some providers and they are now playing catch up. The A72 or any other phones except S23 and Flip 5 are having the same issue.
I had no idea my Internet service provider or my mobile service network has anything to do with updates on my gadgets other than providing the Internet link. I'll ask the local Samsung dealership (not that they have anything to do with it either). I believe this is a geographical issue, though I do not understand Samsung's software update policies. Apple issues worldwide updates simultaneously. Why can't Samsung?
Be careful what you wish for this update has been causing a lot of issues for a lot of people, myself included. I updated on Dec 7 and I still cant use my cellular network.
