No app tray showing on both screens

So I've just taken phone off charger this morning and there's no apps showing in app tray on either screen , apps are showing on home screen but not in app tray when you swipe up ?

Please try wiping cache partition and restarting the device. If that doesn't fix the issue - Please send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look 😊
