Looks promising, apparently Beta 4 was  took a little longer than anticipated to introduce more meaningful changes. This may include direct voicemail and an update to the kernal  which should result in smoother system performance.

They was more then just text to speech their. Device resources were also there.

I had these updates this morning, checked my wife's phone which is the same one but not running the beta and nothing to update. So you never know?
