Is anyone else still having this quick settings problem?

I'm having a problem where the quick settings panel is the wrong colour - it matches the colour of my wallpaper even though I haven't set a theme. I saw that a while ago people were having this issue and I was wondering if it has been resolved for anyone? If it hasn't then please, Samsung, fix this - it is driving me crazy! It should just be a grey colour.

Quick settings menu red (because my wallpaper is red) even though I haven't got a theme set. It makes it look ugly and muddy at times when red clashes with the content in the background.

Yes, it's still definitely red.

Have you tried resetting to the default in wallpapers and style, then colour palette. I had problems with icons not switching properly and think I might have had this issue as well but don't have it any longer after clearing the custom settings
