Does this happen every time you try to unlock your device or, for instance, when using banking app or other apps that require authorisation?
Nonetheless, in this situation, I recommend submitting an error report in Samsung Members App. The report should be sent 2-3 minutes after the error occurs to ensure that log files are generated. 🙂
