downgrade how?

i have been withdrawn for beta and im trying to downgrade from smart switch pc and i dont see any option? so any help? please and thank you

After you have withdrawn, connect to Smart Switch then search for update from there. Be sure to back up your data first because your device will be factory reset.

You may need to search for the update manually when you connect to Smart Switch.

ok. so ive already back my data early and ive been on smart switch all day and i cannot see option to downgrade. and ive been to on phone to samsung they said i cannot downgrade 😕
