Just opened mine and this pop up showed up with a while background (even though I have YouTube on dark mode like yours).

Yeah I'm having the same issues the text makes it feal like you have motion sickness love the new UI concept but the colors are just Faded/Washed out makes you feal ill

Have you tried resetting your phone?
