Camera cut out/full screen

Is anyone having the issue on youtube and other streaming platforms that when show camera cut out is selected yet its not going full screen and its got a big black borders at side of screens? I've got a 23 ultra so third all together that's missing and very annoying.

I haven't experienced this issue on my device.

Please, report the problem via the Samsung Members app attaching log files .
