Beta 3 update

Seems like a lot of modifications within this update. Going to test them to see if I any issues. Comment your personal findings please. 

Hopefully the notification panel get a 2% to 5% size increase.

It's not a big deal but much improved settings for games. See image.

The AI weather video overlay information is lacking fog, sun, and clouds. However, this is a nice touch. (Apologies if this is not related to UI7). I was trying to get an image where it's raining or snowing. The weather is now snow or rain, you'll see as in image (it's snowing).

Barcodes and QR codes not auto brightened once opened to scan. I did notice that the individual app design does have an effect on whether the brightness does work. A design standard would resolve this issue.
