Just went to the backup settings and it says no previous backups

My phone backs up OK. But I use Google 1 and not the Samsung Cloud..

I used both, however it strange the Samsung backup app says no backup.

If you are still having problems with backups, please report them via the Samsung Members app so that our developers can have a look in to them :hand-with-index-and-middle-fingers-crossed:.
