Phone is running slower than expected and apps are freezing or taking a long time to load. Have updated all apps

Maybe you need to enter recovery and clear cache partition

Thanks for reporting! Please try to perform wipe cache partition. If that doesn't help - please send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look
