Screen cracked randomly on samsung galaxy book 4 ultra

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share this and see if anyone has an explanation on why my screen randomly cracked overnight. Nothing was between my screen and keyboard to crack it. Never closed the lit to hard or anything else. On Reddit are multiple post where this has happened and it doesn't cover under warranty. I just want to know why it cracks like that after only 14 months of weekly use. Anyone has an explanation? The least I could have expected is that a €3699 laptop is well produced and could live at least 5 years with normal use?
