Hi. Why does Samsung use the thickest bezels around the screen in its flagship monitor models?? Such thick frames were OK 10 years ago but not in 2023! They are over an inch. I have about 4mm in my old Lenovo from 5 years ago. For example, in the latest Samsung Odyssey G8 with QD-OLED 34 "frames on the bottom and sides are over! 2cm!!! at the top some 10-12mm. What's going on?!
Who designed it like that?! How brilliant it would look if they were 1-2mm! Technology today allows you to have such thin frames as in phones or even better if monitors had similar subtle curves on the edges as the Samsung Galaxy series of its time. That would be a hit!
Or at least a similar solution, glass frames around the screen that let the background through
