Which Samsung 1TB SSDs would be 100% compatible to install as a upgrade from the original Samsung 256GB SSD that was manufacturer installed in the Lenovo ThinkPad X280 type 20KE laptop?

A bit more info on the original 256GB SSD, opening the ThinkPad X280 laptop case, looking at the label on the 256GB SSD, it's a Samsung MZVLB256HAHQ-000L7   Model MZ-VLB2560   PCIe NVMe   PM981 series   Voltage: DC +3.3V 2.8 Amps   Manufactured Jan 2019:

Also, where can I find instructions on how to complete the upgrade, taking an exact total mirror image (all partitions, etc) of the old SSD and copy it onto the new larger SSD?  I would rather not use a external SSD caddy to complete the upgrade.  Using a bootable USB with the SSD clone software installed would be better.
