Regretting buying a monitor yesterday with option to deliver today. Received email overnight confirming it is coming today. After a quiet morning I log into DPD app and they happily tell me the item is coming tomorrow! They are the worst courier (in my experience, in my area) and Samsung seem unwilling to actually do anything about the broken promise.
Customer service seems to have gone out the window these days.

Well, following a call from DPD - too late in the day to do anything about it apparently - "Samsung are fully aware not to promise next day delivery and shouldn't be"!
I still can't work out out whose processes are more flawed but it seems promises are being made when they shouldn't.
