If your particular brand of hearing aids have Bluetooth capability there may well be an app that you can download from the Google Play Store to assist in using that functionality.
As far as connecting them to your S9 I will detail the steps below on how this is done:
- Navigate to Settings option within your phone
- Within settings tap on Connections
- Select Bluetooth from the list, and go into the Bluetooth tab
- Once you're in Bluetooth and have it switched on, your phone will search for nearby devices
- Select your device from the list
- Once selected, your phone will pair with your hearing aid or hearing aids
