Hello, I know that the problem is common, but still didnt find solution.

The speed for my SSD drive is at half the rated speed (~1700MB/s). I am unsure why.

System: ASUS Q325UA (aka UX370UA) notebok + Samsung 970 EVO PLUS
Samsung drivers installed

What I'm doing wrong?

Wait a minute, is something weird with your firmware version?  I just bought the 970 EVO plus.  The latest firmware version is 2B2QEXM7    

Your shows as:   3B2QEXM7  in that screenshot from HWINFO (and in Magician).   Where is the 3 coming from?  I don't even see that version on Samsung's site.   I have the same SSD as you - except mine is 2 TBs (not 1 TB).  But still, the firmware should be the same.   If I were you, I would try and reload the firmware?    Mine shows in HWINFO (and Magician) as 2B2QEXM7 .   Which is the latest version on Samsung's site for the 970 EVO Plus.   SSD Tools & Software | Download | Samsung Semiconductor
