Solid red status light on Samsung Xpress C410W printer

Hello,

 

My Samsung Xpress C410W printer display a solid red status light that prevents me from printing.

 

I have made sure that all doors are closed, the toner levels are good and there are no paper jams.

 

Has any body else had this problem and how can it be solved?

Hi @TomCheyne.

 

Did you install Easy Printer Manager when you installed the printer? You'll be able to check on that why the red status light is on.

I have the same issue, when i purchase the Toner and toner model is CLT-406SBKA.  

 

Before i change the toner, other color tones has 90% or more. After i change the Black toner, now it shows N/A. 

 

Like the picture below: please advise. hope anyone change help
