Hello folks,

I need you help on  Samsung Xpress-M2870FD (S/N: CNB3L6T4ZV) printer combine. when i finnish scanning and press Send to save file error pops up says: error occurred in ocr software.

I have installed WIN_EDC and WIN_OCR progs with printer and scanner drivers. Its printing fine.

I have windows 10 x64.

@Colhis: Please can you follow the link below and install the Basic Drivers. Also, under the 'Software' drop down, download 'Samsung Scan OCR program' to see if this resolves your query.

I download that files from a link which you provide me. installed them and it works now.

will i need other files from there? there were a lot files in the link. is that enough?

hello, have samsung m2870fd have problems with scanning software (Samsung Easy Document Creator_V2.02.59) sometimes software have this error and all time need reinstall software please help to fix this, but now have this error reinstall app but problmes not fix
