COMPLAINT

Samsung make it so difficult to book a warranty repair!!!

This page asked for a IMEI number for booking  repair but Laptops don't have an IMEI number which are fro mobile phones and I can't get past this to book a warranty repair.

No answer on phone!

No answer on chat !

No answer on video support!

Sorry to hear about your experience, but please keep trying to get in touch with our colleagues on 0333 0000 333. They may be receiving a high volume of calls, which is why it's taking longer than usual but they'll definitely be able to book in the repair for you!
